Business Planning and Development Manager (China Market)
HMI has a collaboration with Linyi People’s Hospital in Shandong, China to train China nurses for international placements, and is seeking to develop more such collaborations in other parts of China. The Group is also actively expanding its healthcare training and consultancy activities in China.
Main Accountabilities
1. To initiate strategic analysis of key business issues, revenue opportunities, risk and business positioning study for China Healthcare/Education unit.
2. To be responsible for establishing and forging collaborative relationships with key healthcare regulatory bodies, hospitals and universities to ensure the successful implementation of projects in China.
Qualifications and Experiences
1. Min. degree holder with at least 5 years of working experience in healthcare industry. MBA will be an added advantage.
2. An in-depth knowledge of government regulations pertaining to healthcare/education in China will be preferable.
3. Keen business acumen, good written and oral marketing presentation skill, resourceful and resilient.
4. Must be effectively bi-lingual in English and Mandarin.
5. Willing to travel and be located in China for duration of 1-3 months.

Nursing Lecturers (Part-time / Full-time)
HMI Institute of Health Sciences provides nursing education and healthcare vocational training programs in Singapore. With the increase in student numbers and expansion of courses offered, HMI is striving to develop an integrated career pathway and international job opportunities for nurses and healthcare personnel through professional training and development programs.
Main Accountabilities
1. To conduct professional nursing and healthcare programs and ensure positive transfer of learning to the workplace.
2. To enhance and develop curriculum related to nursing.
Qualifications and Experiences
1. Min. Degree in Nursing with at least 3 years of clinical nursing experience as a registered nurse. Prior training experience will be preferred.
2. Training and facilitation skills with the ability to engage adult students.
3. Passion and commitment to healthcare education.
4. In addition to Singapore registered nurses, foreign registered nurse educators currently residing in Singapore are invited to apply.
