Healthcare education is one of the fastest growing businsess areas. It is experiencing unprecedented demand for qualified, well-trained healthcare practitioners at all levels. HMI has identified this demand and striving to fulfill it by establishing a dedicated healthcare institute, the HMI Institute of Health Sciences. Officially opened by the Minister of State (Manpower and Education), Dr. Ng Eng Hen in 2002, the institute designs and provides industry-recognised courses, such that its pool of local and regional students can have gainful employment in the healthcare industry upon graduation.
