OneCare Medical was established by a group of experienced doctors with a common aim – to provide preventive, accessible, and professional healthcare to the communities. Its first clinic was opened in 2013 at Boon Lay. Since then, OneCare Medical has expanded rapidly, and currently operates more than 35 General Practitioner (GP) clinics. In 2021, HMI Group acquired a majority stake in OneCare Medical, with the focus of bringing affordable and quality primary healthcare to the heartlands.

Our professional team of doctors, nurses, and clinic assistants prioritise preventive healthcare by focusing on the prevention of illness. On top of providing acute treatment, we work with our patients on making lifestyle changes to help lower the risk of diseases and ailments.

As a network of primary care clinics, OneCare Medical is the first stop for quality care. Our patients can count on convenience and easy access as our professionals and clinics are located at the heart of communities. The clinics have access to the Singapore National Electronic Healthcare Record (NEHR), allowing continuity of care between various healthcare institutions in Singapore.
